Pistons Ring In New Year Early By Lighting Up The Bucks

The Pistons Rung in the New Year early by lighting up the Bucks for another blowout win. Their 9th straight win in a row. Rip Hamilton led the celebration shooting lights out once again. He had 22 points and was 9 for 10. Chauncey Billups and Antonio McDyess both had double-doubles. Chauncey with 13 points and 12 assists and Antonio McDyess with 10 points and 10 rebounds. Tayshaun Prince had 15 points. The Bench was excellent. Jarvis Hayes had 14 points. Rookies Aaron Afflalo and Rodney Stuckey both had 6 points. Rodney Stuckey also had 7 assists. Walter Herrmann, playing in his second game as a Piston had 8 points. The Pistons had a season high 30 Assists on 41 baskets. The Pistons won 114 - 69.
