I knew that if the Celtics were going to lose at home, it was going to be to the Pistons. Yeah baby!
In case you haven't heard or seen it for yourself, the Pistons are an excellent road team. In fact I feel like if the Guards Chauncey Billup's and Rip Hamilton would have played in game 1, as well as they did in game 2, the Pistons would have won both road games against the Celtics and had a 2 - 0 lead.
However, I think losing game one and winning the second game on the road is actually better for the Pistons. That way they won't feel that this series is going to be a cake walk.
After the Pistons victory over the Celtics in Boston Thursday night, The Pistons now have a chance to put the pedal to the metal and win on their own court... I'm confident that they'll get the job done.
Now lets talk about Rodney Stuckey...
I am so happy that the Pistons finally have someone, besides Lindsey Hunter, who can back up Chauncey Billups. Both Lindsey Hunter and Rodney Stuckey, did an excellent job, but I was really impressed with the Rookie. Rodney scored 13 points and what I really love about this kid is how he attacks the basket. Every time I see Rodney Stuckey play, I applaud Joe Dumars. Go Pistons!
The Pistons beat the Celtics 103 - 97

And Just Like That, The Pistons Made The Magic Disappear
With the Pistons up 87 - 84 in the fourth quarter, the Magics last hope was to make a three point play to even up the score. The man for the job, Hedo Turkoglu...
Hedo drives down the lane...
but wait!...
what's this?... what's this?...
uh ooooohhhhhh!!!! he's blocked by Tayshaun Prince. Mwa ha ha ha haaaaaa!....
A few free throws later, and just like that the Pistons made the Magic disappear. Poof, Pow, Be gone!
The Pistons won once again without their All-Star guard Chauncey Billups, and the Rookie Rodney Stucky once again did a great job filling in for him.
16 points and 6 assist. The Pistons beat the Magic 91 - 86
Now they can sit back and watch the Cavaliers and the Celtics beat up on each other, and I'm gonna watch it with 'em. This should be fun.

No Chauncey, But Pistons Take 3 - 1 Lead In Series Against The Magic
The Pistons beat the Magic without Chauncey Billup's Saturday evening, to take a 3 - 1 lead in the series against the Magic. That's right. For those who thought the Pistons couldn't win without Chauncey, shame on you.
Let me remind you, the Pistons have one a few other times without Chauncey. The only time you have to worry, is when Chauncey is playing, but not like himself.
The Pistons have a chance to end this series Tuesday night. The question is... should Chauncey play or not?
I personally do not think that Chauncey needs to play, in order for the Pistons to close this thing out. I think he should sit out for one more game, so he could be good and ready for the next series. If Chauncey decides to play in game 5 however, he should only play for a few minutes.

Magic Rain 3's, Not Enough To Stop Pistons
After being down to the Pistons by 10 points at half-time Monday night, the Magic came out dropping 3's on the Pistons. They looked kind of scary shooting 7 for 7. What made even more nervous was the fact that three of the Pistons bigs, Maxiell,'dyess and 'Sheed were all in foul trouble, but the Pistons prevailed winning their second straight game against the Magic.
Chauncey Billups took over in the fourth quarter and stayed on the free throw line for the remaining minutes of the game. The Piston beat the Magic 100 - 93.

Pistons Put 76ers Away, Time For Round 2
The Pistons put the 76ers away Thursday night, now its time for round 2 tonight against the Orlando Magic.
The Pistons should be fine if Chauncey Billup's doesn't disappear like he did in the first three games of round 1.
